摘要
指出特高压GIS系统的特快速暂态过电压会对GIS主绝缘及主变构成威胁。介绍了通过EMTP仿真软件建立的3/2台断路器主接线方式的特高压晋东南GIS变电站远景时期模型,计算投切主变、出线和母线可能产生的最大VFTO。认为投切主变可能产生的最大VFTO达2.51 p.u.,会对GIS本体主绝缘和主变匝间绝缘构成严重危害,投切出线和母线产生的VFTO对GIS本体主绝缘和主变匝间绝缘不构成危害。指出对于3/2台断路器主接线方式,遵循常规操作顺序,彻底消除投切主变产生的VFTO的措施。
The very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO) of the ultra-high voltage GIS system may pose the threats to the GIS main insulation and the main transformer.The southeastern Shanxi ultra-high GIS substation prospective time model of the connection mode of a 3/2 circuit breaker was built with the EMTP simulation software.The possible maximum VFTO produced by switching the main transformer,outgoing line and bus line was calculated.The possible maximum VFTO produced by switching the main transformer was estimated to reach 2.51 p.u.,which will cause severe damages to the main insulation and interturn insulation of the GIS.However,the VFTO produced by transferring outgoing line and bus line will not cause any damage.The measures of following the normal operating sequences and completely eliminating the VFTO produced by transferring the main bus for the 3/2 circuit breaker were indicated.For the ultra-high voltage substation,the disconnector should be separated after separating the high and low circuit breakers in the two sides of the main transformer.For the large-scale power plant,it was suggested to install the generator circuit breaker(GCB) and separate the GCB and the circuit breaker in the high-voltage side of the main transformer followed by separating the disconnector.By these measures,the VFTO produced by operating the main transformers in ultra-high voltage substation and large-scale power plant can be eliminated completely,ensuring the safety of the main insulation of the GIS ontology and the interturn insulation of the main transformer.
