大鼠右侧足底注射C_(48/80)复合物对双侧足底皮肤血流影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析大鼠在静息状态和右下肢足底注射C48/80复合物后,双下肢足底血流的变化。方法:采用激光多普利血流成像技术,分别记录静息和右下肢足底注射C48/80复合物(0.1%,5μl)后不同时间段双侧足底皮肤血流。结果:大鼠在静息状态下,双下肢足底血流在90min内无明显变化(P>0.05),右下肢足底注射C48/80复合物后,注射侧足底血流显著上升,在1min^10min内,与对侧比P<0.05。在20min^30min内,血流下降至正常水平,与对侧比P>0.05。在40min^90min内,注射侧血流显著低于对侧血流(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠右下肢足底注射C48/80复合物后,局部血流先升高,后降低,而对侧血流无明显变化。
