Trays with high liquid capacity are mostly needed in process industry .The key factors for designing the tray with high liquid capacity are downcomer configuration, specifications and layout.The characteristic configuration and performance of the downcomer that DJ trays employ are appropriate for operations at high liquid rates. DJ tray series have received successful applications in absorption processes in refinery,petroleum and fertilizer industry.
