摘要
介绍旋挖钻机钻桅主流结构形式及其工作原理,通过SolidWorks建模和ANSYS分析的有效结合,对钻桅进行三种极限工况下的仿真,给出各工况下的Mises应力云图和位移云图,并分析仿真结果。结果表明:在三种极限工况下,钻桅变幅油缸支座位置都属于应力集中区域,鹅头变形最大,在进行钻桅结构的改进时,应当对这些位置予以重视。
Introduces the main current structure pattern of driling mast of rotary drilling rig and its working principle.Through the effective combination of the SolidWorks modeling and the ANSYS analysis,the drill mast is simulated under three kinds of extreme operating conditions,and the Mises stress contour plots and the displacement contour plots are generated.The results indicate that the mast cylinder bearing position belongs to the stress concentration regions and the maximum deformation occurs in the positon of sheave cathead under the three kinds of extreme operating conditions.So these locations should be given more importance to improve the structure of drilling mast.
