摘要
对一个既定的车间分配搬运工具,根据车间的生产和搬运信息,为该车间配置一定类型和数量的搬运工具,确保满足车间内的生产搬运需求。在设计分配方案时,考虑工作站(或机器)需要的服务时间、工具工作时间等信息,概括所有可能的约束情况,在最小化搬运工具数量和搬运费用等目标下,组织一个相对完整的分配模型,寻求分配方案。以所求方案为基础,按照"先到先服务"和"就近服务"的原则,用计算机模拟在该种方案下应如何使用工具(吊车),以尽可能多地完成搬运任务,缩短车间内搬运等待时间。
When allocating hauling equipments to a workshop,it needs the information about production and hauling of the shop.Then dispatching the equipments,with the right style and number,to satisty the demand of transportation.When seaching the allocational solution,it is necessary to consider the serviced time of machines,working time of equipments and some other information.Finding the constraints during the hauling.Organizing a model for the allocation while minimizing the number of equipments and the cost of hauling.Base on the solution,simulating the schedualing of the equipments with the principal of fist in first out and close first,to finish the hauling as many as possible and reduce the waiting time.
