摘要
目的:比较黄芪药材主、侧根中黄酮类的含量。方法:以毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对黄芪药材主、侧根中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量进行测定。结果:黄芪药材侧根中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量分别比主根平均高28.00%,29.84%。结论:该研究对黄芪质量评价具有积极意义,值得进一步研究。
Objective：To compare the contents of flavonoids in radix astragali tap root and lateral root.Method：Use calycosin and fermononetin as the indicators,determination of the contents of their in radix astragali tap root and lateral root by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Result：The average contents of calycosin and fermononetin in lateral root higher than the tap root were 28.00%,29.84%.Conclusion：The research with positive significance to the astragalus quality evaluation,and worth to be further study.
