摘要
目的了解玉溪市2009年生活饮用水微生物污染状况,为卫生行政部门提供决策依据,确保广大人民的身体健康。方法按照国家卫生部2007年7月1日实施的《GB/T5750-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法》进行检验。按《生活饮用水卫生标准GB5749-2006》进行评价。结果玉溪市2009年4种(市政水、山泉水、深井水、地表水)生活饮用水检验结果合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=357.32,P<0.01),其中微生物指标总合格率为88.74%,市政水与地表水细菌总数和总大肠菌群污染差异有统计学意义,与山泉水、深井水差异均无统计学意义。结论玉溪市生活饮用水仍存在问题,尤其地表水微生物污染严重,应引起有关部门的高度重视,为确保广大农村居民饮用卫生安全水,必需强调,通过专业净化消毒处理的水,才能饮用。
[Objective]To understand the microbial contamination status of drinking water in Yuxi city in 2009,provide the decision basis for health administration,so as to safeguard the health of people.[Methods]The Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water (GB/T 5750-2006) implemented in July 1,2007 by National Ministry of Health was adopted to tested,and the Standard for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006) was applied to evaluate.[Results]There were significant differences in the qualified rate among 4 kinds of drinking water (municipal water,spring water,deep well water and surface water) in Yuxi city in 2009 (χ2=357.32,P0.01).The total qualified rate of microbiological index was 87.74%.There were significant differences in the total bacterial count and total coliform contamination between municipal water and surface water,and there was no significant difference among municipal water,spring water and deep well water.[Conclusion]The problems still existed in the drinking water of Yuxi city,and related departments should pay attention to the serious microbial contamination of surface water especially.In order to ensure the drinking water safety of rural residents,it is necessary to emphasize that only water dealt with the professional purification and disinfection is suitable for drinking.
