摘要
我院外科自１９９０年至１９９５年共收治结节性甲状腺肿病人３７７例，其中经病理证实的甲状腺恶性肿瘤５５例，我们对此作一回顾性分析，从Ｂ超、同位素检查及手术等方面探讨甲状腺恶性肿瘤的发病、诊断和治疗问题。
The primary malignant neoplasm of the thyroid is not common in the clinical workof general surgery. The records of 377 patients with goiter from 1990 to 1995 were reviewed. Ofwhich 55 cases were dignosised as nodular malignant neoplasm of the thyroid. This study is aretrospective analysis for the etiologic diagnosis and treatment of the malignant neoplasm ofthyroid.
