摘要
目的了解和掌握常熟市小学学生龋齿患病的情况,为该市下一步防治学生龋齿工作提供科学依据。方法 2004—2008年,抽取常熟市2所小学,对学校一年级到六年级的所有学生进行每年1次的口腔检查并记录。检查结果经数据统计处理后,对学生的龋患率、龋均以及恒牙龋补率进行流行病学分析。结果 20004—2008年,该市小学学生龋患率一直维持在50%以上的高位,龋均在2个左右,恒牙龋补率偏低。2004、2005年男生龋患率显著高于女生(P<0.01),2005—2008年女生的恒牙龋患率显著高于男生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论常熟市小学学生龋齿患病率较高,要加强该市小学生龋齿的防治力度,提高效度,动员全社会参与。
[Objective]To understand the prevalence of dental caries among pupils in Changshu city,provide the scientific basis for prevention and treatment of dental caries among students in further.[Methods]During 2004-2008,oral examination was performed in all grade 1～6 pupils of two primary schools sampled from Changshu city,once a year,and the results were recorded.Based on the statistical treatment of the examination results,the caries incidence,average caries and DMFT of students were analyzed with epidemiological method.[Results]During 2004-2008,the caries incidence of pupils in this city maintained was at a high level of over 50%,average caries were about 2,and DMFT was low.The caries incidence of boys was significantly higher than that of girls in 2004 and 2005 （P0.01）,and the caries incidence of boys was significantly lower than that of girls during 2005-2008 （P0.05,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The caries incidence of pupils in Changshu city was high.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of dental caries among pupils,improve the validity,and mobilize the participation of the whole society.
