UV-B辐射下雪地衣藻基因表达差异的研究

摘要 采用mRNA差异显示技术研究了UV-B辐射下雪地衣藻的基因表达差异性,发现UV-B辐射处理能使细胞在基因表达上产生了一定的差异。总mRNA的RT-PCR产物经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离,UV-B辐射的细胞出现了一些新的基因扩增片段。这些片断将为进一步进行差异表达基因片段的扩增和基因表达产物的功能鉴定奠定一定的基础。 The effect of UV-B radiation on gene expression of C.nivalis by mRNA differential display was studied.The results showed that UV-B radiation could cause the gene expression of C.nivalis changed.There were some new gene expression products in the polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis of RT-PCR product of mRNA in C.nivalis which was treated by UV-B.
