摘要
针对茂名乙烯净化水车间刮泥机经常由于系统缺陷而导致其传动链被拉断的现象,提出了一种新的控制方法,通过改进变频器启动方法和采用脱链自动监测,使系统工作的可靠性和稳定性大为提高。实践证明该设计完全达到了预定的要求。
Due to system deficiencies,the transmission chain of mud scraper in water purification workshop in Maoming Ethylene Factory is often pulled off.This paper presented a new control circuit which improved the start method by a inverter and monitored the off-chain automatically,the reliability and stability of the system was greatly improved.Practice has proved that the design fully meet the predicted requirements.
