基于微焦点X射线源的相位衬度成像实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对弱吸收、低密度、较轻元素物质来说,传统的X线吸收成像方式存在分辨能力低、成像效果差等问题,而X线相位衬度成像恰好可以弥补这些缺点。以微焦点X射线源为基础,选择了两种具有明显上述特征的样品,采用类同轴相衬成像的方式设置实验参数。实验不仅能得到清晰、放大的图像,而且能够明显突出样品的边界信息,从而验证了X线的相位衬度成像效果。 For those week absorbing,low density and Light elements materials,it is very difficult to get high resolution or precise images using traditional X ray absorption imaging method,while the X ray phase contrast imaging can just make up for these shortcomings.So the experiment uses micro-focus X-ray source,selects two samples with the above characteristics,sets the experimental parameters according to in line phase contrast imaging approach finally.The Amplified images gotten are all precise especially at the sample boundary,so the experiment can demonstrate the effect of X ray phase contrast imaging.
