摘要
采用标准源的14种特征能量(59.54~1 408.08 keV),对本实验室HPGeγ谱仪进行效率刻度,并在距探头不同的探测位置处,得到某一能量的探测效率,建立ε~H的拟合方程,相关指数R^2在0.99850~0.99998之间。利用该拟合方程,在距探头不同高度处测量未知^(134)Cs样品源和标准物质,结果表明:^(134)Cs源对其平均值的最大偏差分别4.25%和4.32%;对标准物质的测量平均最大偏差为3.7%,与参考值有较好的符合。
Efficiency calibration of HPGeγ spectrometer were made by fourteen kinds of characteristic gamma ray of standard sources. The efficiencies ε for some energy E were obtained in different detection heights,and a set of fitting equation for different detection heights H was obtained, the relative index R^2 in the 0. 99850 and 0. 9998 range. The equations were used to obtain the activity of ^134Cs sample source and standard sources which were measured in different detection heights. The measure results showed the maximum deviation against the average of ^134Cs sample source is 4.25% and 4. 32%; the average of the maximum deviation of standard source is 3. 7 %, which are in accordance with the reference Values.
