电容传感器通常用于间隙测量。介绍了一种使用多个电容传感器联合监测BEPCⅡ超导磁铁位置的设计方案,包括传感器使用方案设计、位移和转角测量值计算方法、系统结构设计、监控软件设计。最后通过实验验证了本方案的可行性和测量的精确性。
Capacitance sensor is generally used to measure gaps. It introduced a scheme which applies several capacitance sensors to monitor the displacement of the BEPCII superconducting magnets. This scheme includes sensors application design, displacement and angle calculation, system structure design and monitor software design. At last, it gives the result of the experiment which proved the feasibility and measurement accuracy of the scheme.
