摘要
以Fe59Cr23Co15Mo3合金为基础,系统地研究了成份以及添加合金化元素Si、V和Ti对合金磁性能的影响。实验表明,合金中Cr含量的适当增加提高了合金的Hc,降低了合金的Br。适量合金化Si、V和Ti的加入,分别起到了提高合金磁能积、降低合金固溶温度和改变冷却方式以及大幅度提高合金Hc的作用。通过实验,Fe54Cr27Co15Mo3Ti1合金的各向同性磁性能为:Br=0.7405T,Hc=50.13kA/m,(BH)m=13.69kJ/m3,为本研究获得的最佳性能。
The influences of alloy component and additives of Si,V and Ti on the magnetic properties of isotropic Fe-Cr-15Co-3Mo alloys were researched.The results showed that proper content of chromium improves the coercivity but reduces remanence of the alloy.Proper addition amount of Si can improve energy product,the addition V can reduce solution temperature and change the method of cooling,and the addition of Ti can remarkedly improve the coercivity of the alloys.The best magnetic properties of Br=0.7405T,Hc=50.13kA/m and energy product (BH)max=13.69kJ/m3 were obtained for Fe54Cr27Co15Mo3Ti1 alloys.
