银-四氯四溴荧光素体系共振散射法测定痕量银 被引量:3

Resonance scattering method for determination of trace silver in the silver-tetrachlorotetrabromofluororescein system

摘要 在硫酸介质中和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)溶液存在下,银离子分别与生物染色剂四氯四溴荧光素钠和四氯四碘荧光素钠反应形成配合物微粒,使溶液的共振散射(RS)信号显著增强,其最大散射峰分别位于313和314nm处。在最佳实验条件下,银离子质量浓度分别在5.40×10-3~1.30μg/mL(四氯四溴荧光素)和5.40×10-3~0.864μg/mL(四氯四碘荧光素)范围内与体系的RS增强程度呈良好的线性关系,其检出限分别为0.0813和0.400ng/mL。该方法用于废胶片中银含量的测定,回收率在100.0%~103.7%之间,结果较满意。 In the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,Ag(Ⅰ)reacted in the H2SO4 medium with tetrachlorotetrabromofluororescein sodium(TCTBF)and tetrachlorotetraiodofluororescein sodium(TCTIF),respectively,to form complex particles,in which the resonance scattering signal was significantly enhanced and the largest scattering peaks were identified at 313 and 314 nm,respectively.This paper had studied the resonance scattering spectral characteristics of the two systems and the suitable reaction conditions.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the resonance scattering intensity(ΔI313 nm)and the Ag(Ⅰ)concentration in the range of 5.40×10-3~1.30 μg/mL for TCTBF and 5.40×10-3~0.864 μg/mL for TCTIF with the detection limits equating to 0.081 3 ng/mL and 0.4 ng/mL,respectively.This method has been applied to determination of silver content in waste film with satisfactory results.
