摘要
本文通过对规划管理主脉（项目定性、开发强度、城市景观、建筑文脉）的分析，提出了改善城市环境品质的途径，提高规划管理工作效率和质量的方法以及合理科学地开发城市土地和空间资源的手段。
Through the research of the planning menage's aorto(Project's Petezmining . Development mtensity . city scene. civil artery)that advance the channel to improve the quality of urban environment . the methods to raise the efficiency and quality in city Planning's management and means to rational exploit resources of the city land and city space
