摘要
目的:观察冉氏益气通经指针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:将290例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用益气通经指针法和常规推拿手法治疗,治疗20天后观察疼痛积分、临床症状的变化。结果:治疗组无论是镇痛疗效、临床疗效和疼痛积分比较,都优于对照组(P<0.005)。结论:冉氏益气通经指针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the treatment in the lumbar disc herniation with the methed of Ran＇s Yiqitongjing points acupuncture.Methods：290 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups in random.The treatment group were treated by Ran＇s Yiqitongjing points acupuncture method,the control group were treated by general Tuina.Observe the change of Pain Points and clinical symptoms after 20 days treatment.Result：Analgesic efficacy of either treatment group,compared the clinical efficacy and pain points are better than the control group（P〈0.005）.Conclusion：Using the methed of Ran＇s yiqitongjing points acupuncture have good effect in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
