摘要
综述了牛抗菌肽在分类、组织分布、生物活性、基因结构等方面的研究进展,对采用基因工程技术表达牛抗菌肽的方法进行了评述,并展望了其转基因技术的应用前景,提出了利用生物信息学构建牛抗菌肽肽库的新思路。
Advance in classification,tissue distribution,bioactivity and genetic structures of bovine antibacterial peptides（ABP） were reviewed.The approaches to expressing bovine ABP via genetic enginee-ring,and the application outlook of the their transgenic technology were discussed.The new ideas of buil-ding bovine ABP library via bioinformatics were proposed.
