摘要
从社会分层的角度出发,分析了在当前房价居高不下的环境下社会各阶层群众的居住情况。当前的住房保障存在诸多弊端,其中在很大程度上是因为政府自身存在的问题,以及政府的政策方针没有达到预期的效果。因此,应该对政府的角色进行重新定位,使之更好地为切实关系到民生的住房保障服务。
From the perspective of social stratification,this paper analyses living conditions of the social strata under the current situation of high prices housing.It is believed that there are many disadvantages in the present housing security system,which largely results from the government's own problems and the government's policy with low effect.Therefore,this paper concludes that the government's role should be re-orientated to make it serve better for housing security concerning the people's livelihood.
