摘要 大力发展社会主义民主是我国社会主义现代化建设的一个重要组成部分,也是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。然而由于中国历史的特殊原因,当前我国公民的民主参与程度较低,民主政治冷漠的状况比较普遍,虽然我国正在开展素质教育,但与社会发展还不相匹配特别是在目前素质教育的倡导过程中,片面地强调要发展市场和社会所需的技能,忽视了对学生进行民主意识与民主参与的能力培养。契约式体育教育模式,改变的不仅仅是教育的形式与方法,更是倡导建立平等、和谐的师生关系,它不仅体现教育者应该具备民主精神,更多的还是指教育者在教育过程中对学生所进行的一系列有关民主素质的启蒙教育,为未来成为合格公民的民主生活做准备。 Vigorously developing of socialist democratic curacy plays an important part in China's socialist modernization construction,and is also the important goal to build a well-off society entirely.However,due to the special history of China,the current citizens have been in a low degree for democratic participation,democratic political situation is relatively apathetic.Although our quality education is ongoing,it does not match the social development,especially in the current process,the necessary skills for the market and social development is one-sided emphasized on,while the democratic consciousness and the ability to participate in the democratic culture training of students is ignored.It has not only changed the form and methods of education,but also advocated the establishment of equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,which is reflected educators not only the spirit of democracy,but more as a means of education for students in a series conducted by the democratic quality of elementary education in the education process,being ready to be a qualified citizen in democratic life in the future.
