综合国外开发应用LPG和CNG汽车的成果和经验,启迪我们在治理城市环境污染问题上应选择合理的相关技术,既要保证代用燃料供应的稳定性和持久性,又要制定有效的管理低污染车辆的法规,以免在决策工作上造成无谓的失误。
We learn from foreign countries' experiences in developing and using LPG vehicles and CNG vehicles that the technological orientation must be decided to maintain the stability and reliability of the alternative fuel's supply,and effective regulations for the low-emission vehicles must be stipulated to avoid making mistakes.
