摘要
根据编辑工作实践,针对不同退稿原因,提出了解释说明、鼓励指导、坚持原则等退稿策略。
Based on the experience of editorial work,reasons for rejection are analyzed.Some skills of manuscript rejection,including explanation,encouragement and guidance,recommendation and insistence are expounded.
