摘要
应用数字电源控制与管理芯片ZL2006,以两相Buck拓扑为例,完成了一款数字负载点电源的设计。给出了两相同步Buck拓扑参数的设计方法,并对单相和两相Buck拓扑进行对比分析和测试。结果表明采用ZL2006控制的两相Buck拓扑在输出纹波、动态响应等方面都明显优于具有相同电参数的单相Buck拓扑。此外,该芯片具备完善的电源监控、管理和保护功能,非常适合应用在下一代微处理器中。
Based on the two-phase Buck converter,a digital controlled point-of-load converter is designed by using ZL2006.It is an integrated power management and control chip.The procedure design of the two-phase Buck converter is given.Comparison of the performance between single-phase buck converter and two-phase Buck converter is made.It is demonstrated that the two-phase Buck converter controlled by ZL2006 is superior to the single-phase Buck converter with the same electric parameters in the amplitude of output voltage ripple and the dynamic response.The system fault detection,response and power management can be provided by ZL2006,which is suitable for microprocessors in the next generation.
