摘要
介绍了一种半桥三电平ZVS PWM DC/DC变换器,在Buck电路小信号模型的基础上结合变换器的工作原理,推导了变换器的小信号模型,为设计控制器的校正传递函数提供了理论基础。提出了一种基于数字控制的滞后管变占空比的控制方式,轻载时实现了滞后管的ZVS,降低了滞后管的电压尖峰,提高了变换器的效率。最后设计了一款5.8 kW的产品,其性能和指标满足设计要求,验证了理论分析的正确性。
A half-bridge three-level ZVS PWM DC/DC converter is introduced,the small-signal model is deduced accord-ing the small-signal model of Buck and the operation principle of the converter.After designing the correcting transfer function,the control method of variable duty is proposed which bases on digital control.ZVS of the lagging-leg is achieved,the voltage spike is suppressed and the efficiency is enhanced with low load.Finally,production on a prototype of 5.8 kW confirms that the design satisfies the performance and indicator requests.
