摘要目的：观察自拟龙蝎维曲汤配合针灸、手法复位、理疗及功能锻练综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用自拟龙蝎维曲汤配合针灸、手法复位、理疗及功能锻练综合治疗.对照组采用针灸及手法复位治疗.对比2组临床疗效及2组治疗前后JOA评分比较.结果：临床疗效治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;治疗后2组JOA评分均显著改善,与治疗前比较差异均有非常显著性意义（P〈0.01）,且治疗组改善更为显著,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0 05）.结论：自拟龙蝎维曲汤配合针灸、手法复位、理疗及功能锻练综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症具较好的临床疗效. Objective： The observation from draws up Long Xiewei Qu Tang to coordinate the acupuncture and moxibustion,the technique replacement,the physical therapy and the functional training complex therapy waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness clinical curative effect. Methods： Divides into the treatment group 60 examples and the control group 60 examples stochastically 120 example patients,the treatment group uses from draws up Long Xiewei Qu Tang to coordinate the acupuncture and moxibustion, the technique replacement, the physical therapy and the functional training complex therapy. The control group uses the acupuncture and moxibustion and the technique replacement treatment. Around eontrasts 2 groups of clinical curative effects and 2 groups treats the JOA grading comparison. Results： Clinical curative effect treatment group total effectiveness is 95.00 %, the control group is 83.33 %, 2 group of comparison differences has the significance significance （P^0.05）, the treatment group surpasses the control group; Treats the latter 2 group of JOA grading obviously to improve, the comparison difference has the unusual significance signifi- cance with the treatment before （P〈0. 01）, also the treatment group improves obviously, has the significance significance with the control group comparison difference （P〈0 . 05）. Conclusion： From draws up Long Xiewei Qu Tang to coordinate the acupuncture and moxibustion, the technique replacement,the physical therapy and the functional training complex therapy waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness good clinical curative effect.
