摘要
大力发展临港产业集群是世界各国家发展重工业、融入全球化大生产、提高自身产业竞争力的一个基本经验。河北省临港产业集群起步较晚,其发展有着自身特有的规律,目前面临的主要挑战是能否利用港口比较优势发展起外向型经济,以及如何应对发展与竞争环境相对恶化的局面。进行科学定位,追求三种效率,做好支撑保障,是促进河北省临港产业集群快速发展的基本途径。
To develop the port - surrounding industry clusters with more effort is a basic experience for nearly all the successful countries which have decided to develop their heavy industry, get into the global production system and improve their industrial competivity. The start for a rapid development of the port -surrounding industry clusters in Hebei province is comparatively later, but it also has its special disci- plines. Now, the main challenges for it to face are how to develop a outward -looking economy based on the comparative advangtage of port and how to counter the more serious development environment. Mak- ing a sicientific locationg, pursing three kinds of effeciency and doing a good job for making a support system may be the fundamental ways for us to develop the port - surrounding industry clusters in Hebei province.
