摘要
使用沙盘、平面图和样板房等传统的方式进行小区楼盘展示,成本高、不够直观并且缺乏灵活性。为了解决这些问题,使用SketchUp完成网上虚拟楼盘的初步制作,根据楼房结构从整体到细节进行纹理合成创建模型,再通过有效的优化算法减少模型的复杂度,利用Google SketchUp和Google Earth良好的兼容性实现模型的网上发布和楼盘的在线浏览。研究结果表明,该虚拟楼盘展示平台的成本低廉,楼盘模型的修改和维护便捷,是一个拥有良好立体视觉效果的网上楼盘展示平台。
The traditional way for estate display which using sand table,2D map and show flat to demonstrate a village building dish is highly cost,inconspicuous,and lack of flexibility.In order to solve these issues,Google SketchUp was used to make the preliminary modes and then images were mapped for getting a more reliable effect from whole to part;At last,a special effective optimized was done for reducing the geometric complexity;Finally,with the good compatibility between Google SketchUp and Google Earth,the modes can be issued and browsed on the network directly.The results indicate that low-cost,highly efficient three-dimensional online virtual estate display is achieved.
