摘要
在仪表专业设计过程中,仪表安装材料表是一个非常重要的文件,它汇总了整个装置或者整个工程仪表安装、配线以及供气等所需要的材料。对于这些材料的统计汇总,以往只能手动进行,这种方法耗费的人工时较多,同时由于材料的规格种类繁多,手动统计也非常容易出错。基于仪表安装材料表的特点、编制方法,结合Excel电子表格强大的制表、计算、统计等功能及AutoCAD图形的特点完成对仪表安装材料表数据的分类统计汇总,从而大大提高仪表安装材料统计的正确性,节省人力资源,加快仪表设计的进程。
The document of instrument material take off is very important in instrument design. It shows quantity and specification of materials used for one unit or even for the whole plant, such as wiring, air supply pipe for instrument, installation accessories etc. Normally the counting and summary sheet of these materials could be done only manually, it would take long time, due to the various material specification, the manual counting made mistakes easily. Based on the characteristics of instrument material take-off, using the powerful function of "Excel" and "AutoCAD", a method for material automatic statistics is introduced, so the correctness is improved, the resource of people is saved, the process of instrument design is quickened.
