摘要
在EO/EG装置中,循环气压缩机是用来传送来自缓冲罐中的CO2。CO2作为EO反应的副产品,由于产量比较大,在上游由碳酸盐溶液进行吸收,如果压力调控不好,压缩机就会发生喘振,甚至导致上游碳酸盐液体倒抽,进而对设备及反应造成损伤。介绍了应用压缩机防喘振功能的控制方案,仔细分析喘振发生机理以及各个控制步骤,把压缩机喘振联锁控制停车减少到尽可能小,对设备及整个管网的保护提供了保障。
In the EO/EG plant, CO2 gas in the buffer tank is transferred by the CO2 cycle gas compressor. The CO2 is a by-product in EG reaction, and is absorbed by carbonate solution, if the pressure is not controlled correctly, the surge will be happened even cause carbonate solution flow opposite, and even damage equipments. The control scheme for compressor anti-surge is introduced. The mechanics to happen surge and control steps are analyzed carefully, to reduce compression interlock shutdown as less as possible to provide protection for equipments and entire pipeline network.
