摘要
针对隔热罩的结构特点,结合试制模具的特殊性,利用有限元软件对其冲压过程进行模拟。分析模具结构、毛坯大小和润滑条件对成形过程的影响,并应用于实际的调试过程。利用一次成型模具,通过调试分序拉延,最终获得合格的产品。
This paper describes the structural characteristics of heat shield and simulates the stamping process of heat shield using finite element software according to the speciticity of try-out die.The results show the impacts on the forming process of the die structure,blank size and lubrication of rough conditions,and is applied to the actual debugging process.Using one-step molding die,through the debugging and separate drawing,the qualified product is achieved.
