摘要
讨论先天性巨结肠的诊断依据和手术治疗，探讨全结肠型巨结肠的手术时机及方法：方法：回顾３０例先天性巨结肠手术效果。结果：采用改良Ｄｕｈａｍｅｌ术式治疗先天性巨结肠并发症少，远期排便及功能良好。结果：改论Ｄｕｈａｍｅｌ术式知于任何年龄和所有类型的巨结肠，疗效满意。
To discuss the basis of diagnosis and operation of Hirschsprung disease(HD) and to investigate the operation of total colonic HD. Methods: 30 cases of operation of HD were reviewed. Results: Complications of postoperation were lower and long-term anorectal function was satisfied. Conclusion: Modified Duhamel's technique is good for all patients with all kinds of HD and at various stsges.
