摘要
针对微小流量测量精度不高以及重复性较差等特点,提出了一种基于组合铂膜探头的气体流量计。对该组合铂膜探头的温度特性以及温度补偿性能进行了实验研究,并给出了气体流量测量的实验数据;讨论了该流量计的特性曲线并运用基于正交多项式的最小二乘法进行了高次曲线的精确拟合。结果表明,该组合铂膜探头在微小流量测量中具有较高的灵敏度、较好的测量精度和重复性。
Aiming at the features of measurement of small flow,i.e.,low measurement accuracy and poor repeatability,the gas flowmeter based on combined Platinum film probe is proposed.The temperature characteristics of this combined Platinum film probe and the temperature compensation performance are researched with experiments,and the experimental data of the gas flow measurement are given.The characteristics curve of this flow meter is discussed,and high order precise curve fitting are conducted by adopting the least square method based on orthogonal polynomials.The result indicates that this Platinum film probe features high sensitivity in small flow measurement and offers better measurement accuracy and repeatability.
