采血方法及检测时间对血小板计数结果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同采血方法及检测时间对血小板计数的影响。方法观察组采用静脉采血法;对照组采用末梢采血法。采集受检者静脉血约4mL分别置于抗凝管及一般塑料采血器中,混匀后用血细胞分析仪于即刻、15min、30min分别测定1次。结果两组采用一般塑料采血器和抗凝采血器在采血即刻检测血小板含量时比较两者无明显差异(P>0.05),但在15min两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),30min后差异更为显著(P<0.01)。结论在常规检测血小板时应经抗凝采血器取静脉血,一般在15~30min时测定为宜,可以提高血小板计数的准确性。
