摘要 目的探讨像素激光治疗面部烧伤后瘢痕的疗效。方法回顾分析45例患者的临床资料。结果本组45例中显效30例,有效12例,无效3例。创面愈合时间约5~7d,所有患者均出现不同程度的红斑反应,无1例患者发生色素沉着、感染及新生瘢痕等反应。结论各种烧伤愈合后皮肤常会造成瘢痕及色素沉着或脱失,影响外观和功能,给患者带来严重的心理负担。由于像素激光术后红斑反应时间短,色素沉着发生率低,创面修复快,更易为患者所接受。总之,像素激光治疗烧伤创面愈合具有疗效确切、损伤小、修复快、可重复的优点,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the Pixel laser treatment the efficacy of facial burn scars. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 45 patients. Results 45 cases in 30 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,3 cases. Wound healing time of about 5 to 7 days,all patients had varying degrees of erythema reaction,no one cases occurred in patients with pigmentation,infection,and new scar reactions. Conclusion The healing of skin burns often result in scarring and pigmentation or Tuoshi affect the appearance and function to patients with serious psychological burden. Erythema after laser surgery because of pixel response time is short,a lower incidence of pigmentation,wound healing faster and easier for patients to accept. In short,Pixel laser treatment has a curative effect of burn wound healing,less damage,repair fast repeatable features which are worthy of clinical application.
