摘要
为了使病案首页的内容和结构更加实用、更加合理。作者根据多年的工作实践,发现一些不方便使用或不合理的地方,提出对病案首页的内容和结构进行修改意见,期望病案首页能够使用方便、结构合理。
To make the content and structure of the first page of medical records more practical and reasonable. Based on years of work experience,the author found some problems in medical records and put forward some suggestions for modifying content and structure of the first page to make medical records more convenient and reasonable.
