摘要
-0.5MPaPEG6000水溶液胁迫下,经GA和Ca+GA浸种的小麦种子萌发过程中,胚乳蛋白水解酶活性增强,胚乳中非可溶性蛋白质降解加剧,可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸增加,种子萌发效果好.经Ca浸种的胚乳中蛋白质降解并不增强.
Under water stress of -0.5MPa PEG6000,activity of protease in wheat endosperm was promoted using GA and Ca+GA treatment,insoluble protein rapidly degradated in the endosperm,content of soluble protein and free amino acid gradually increased during wheat seed germination.Ca treatment can't enhance degradation of protein in the endosperm.
