The main reason that Wu Ding promotes Fu Shuo as the prime minister is that Wu Ding needs to strengthen his power and the strategically key point of Shang dynasty moves west.Fu Shuo,holding the post of administrative official with sorcery historical record function,must possess tremendous professional knowledge and skills.Fu Shuo may be the descendant of King or noble from a certain Fang nation in the west.
