摘要
对华东某钢厂高炉炉尘采用回转窑还原烟化处理,进行了工业性试验。生产工艺顺行,产出了可供回收的多种有色金属的富集物、含氧化锌粉及可供选矿回收的富铁窑渣,技术经济经指标较好。提出了对高炉炉尘综合利用及再资源化的思路与建议。
Industrial experiments of reduced fuming treatment of blast furnace dust obtained from a steelworks in East China were carried out in a rotary kiln. By adopting of this process, concentrates containing recoverable non-ferrous metals and kiln slag containing zinc oxide, iron concentates and carbon concentrates can be smoothly obtained with good technical-and-economic indexes. Besides, some suggestions for comprehensive utilization and reutilization of blast furnace dust are also put forward in this paper.
