摘要
当今世界,已经从一元的"大企业论"或"小企业论",发展到中小企业与大企业共生的"二元结构"阶段。从发达国家中小企业与大企业关系的实践来看,大致包括三种类型:相互竞争型、互不相干型、分工合作型。其中分工合作关系正逐步演化为主流。目前河南食品工业中中小企业与大企业基本上处于互不相干或相互竞争的状态,竞争有余而合作不足。这一问题的存在严重制约了河南省食品工业的发展。基于这一背景,引入中小企业与大企业合作关系的视角对研究"二元结构"下河南省食品工业的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
Today, ＂Big enterprise theory＂ or ＂Small and medium-sized enterprise theory＂ has been replaced by ＂Dual structure theory＂. From a practical perspective, relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises and big enterprise in developed countries generally includes three types ： mutual competition, independence, cooperation with division of labor. And the division relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises and big enterprises has gradually become the mainstream. Currently, relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises and big enterprises in Henan food industry is basically in the state of mutual competition or independence, more competition and less cooperation. This problem have seriously restricted the development of food industry in Henan province. Based on the background, introducing the perspective of cooperation relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises and big enterprises to study the development of food industry in Henan province based on ＂Dual Structure＂ has important significances.
