摘要
以硅酸四乙酯为溶液,通过溶液聚合的方法制备了一种有机硅改性的丙烯酸酯聚合物。掺入材料后的混凝土,抗压抗折强度没有明显改变,断裂能可提高20%-105%。红外光谱表明聚合物中成功引入了有机硅,并通过SEM分析证实了有机硅改性的丙烯酸酯聚合物与硅酸四乙酯溶液的协同作用使混凝土韧性大幅提高而强度不受影响。
Several silicone-modified acrylic polymer was prepared by solution polymerization in tetraethyl orthosilicate and employed as concrete modifier.There was little difference in compressive and flexural strength between polymer modified concrete and standard concrete,while fracture toughness can be increased by 20%-105%.IR spectra indicated that silicon group was introduced into polymer chain successfully.Through SEM analysis,it was confirmed that synergy between silicone-modified acrylic polymer and tetraethyl orthosilicate improved concrete toughness substantially at the same time compressive and flexural strength was little affected.
