摘要
危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)技术是以系统工程为基础针对化工工艺过程开发的危害辨识技术。本文针对现有混酸等温硝化反应制硝基甲苯的生产工艺,运用HAZOP方法对该过程进行系统分析,发现可能存在的安全隐患和潜在危险,提出必要的安全保护措施和合理的建议改进措施,该工作对于进一步研发绿色硝化工艺具有指导意义,能够将项目中的危险尽可能消灭在项目实施早期,以降低风险、节省投资。
Hazards and Operability Studies(HAZOP) is useful to identify potential risks in chemical processes in view of process system engineering. This article utilized HAZOP method to access the nitrotoluene manufacture process based on traditional isothermal nitration reaction using mixed acids.Potential damages and risks of this process have been analyzed and necessary protections and suggestions have been put forward,which can provide an important guidance to explore green nitration processes with low risk and saving cost owing to eliminate risks at the early stage of RD.
