摘要
探讨在GA747型剑杆织机上生产花式纱罗织物的技术要点。在织机原有机构的基础上安装了第二副织轴轴架、绞综综框和绞经张力控制系统,并制作花筘进行花式纱罗织物的生产。指出:生产前要正确区分出绞经和地经,正确绘制上机图;生产中要合理调节张力调节杆向前运动的量,以控制释放的绞经纱长度;整经工序绞经与地经必须分别整经,浆纱工序要选用合适的浆料;织造工序车速不宜快,开口时间以早为宜,才能保证花式纱罗织物的质量。
Technology key points of producing fancy leno fabric on GA747 rapier loom were discussed. On the base of original device, secondary loom beam creel, leno heddle frame and leno warp tension control system were installed, fancy reed was made to produce fancy leno fabric. It is pointed out that leno warp and ground warp should be distinguished correctly, threading chart should be made out correctly as well. Forward moving amount of tension adjusting bar should be set rationally in production to control leno warp length. Leno warp and ground warp should be set respectively in warping process, sizing mixture should be selected rationally, loom speed should not be too fast, shedding time should be earlier,finally quality of fancy leno fabric could be ensured.
