摘要
探讨利用棉纺设备生产超细羊毛混纺纱线的方法。介绍了超细羊毛的获得途径以及棉纺设备进行羊毛纤维牵切加工的方法。通过将高品质毛条加工成牵切毛条,合理选择混纺纱原料的组分及混和工艺路线,使各组份均匀混和,充分发挥纤维性能的互补作用。并针对各纤维组份特点,合理配置各工序工艺参数,采取必要的技术措施,使纺纱顺利进行。结果成功纺制出附加值较高的25 tex×2超细羊毛混纺纱线。指出,用棉纺设备纺制超细羊毛混纺纱线,尚属于起步阶段,其质量与工艺有待进一步研究改进。
Methods of producing superfine wool blended yarn on cotton spinning equipment were discussed. Methods of making superfine wool and draft-cutting on cotton spinning equipment were introduced. High quality wool sliver were draft-cutting wool sliver, spinning yarn components and blending processing line were selected rationally to make each component blending even and making full use of each fiber property. According to each fiber property, processing parameter in each process was set rationally, necessary technology measures were adopted to make spinning successful, finally 25 tex×2 superfine wool blended yarn with higher additional value could be made out. It is pointed out that it is still in beginning period to produce superfine wool blended yarn on cotton spinning equipment, quality and processing need to be studied further.
