摘要 斑马鱼,作为研究人类发展、神经生物学和遗传学的模型,已经发展成为最受发育生物学家喜爱的感染模型之一。近几年,斑马鱼模型的使用已经扩展到行为学、免疫学、毒物学等领域,有人认为它还可以作为研究人类疾病的模型。斑马鱼是被研究最透彻的硬骨鱼之一,带有大量的有用的遗传信息。很多实验室已经建立了针对由细菌和病毒引起的传染病的免疫反应的斑马鱼模型。斑马鱼病原体模型的建立为一些重要的经济鱼类的抗菌抗病毒疫苗及预防措施的发展提供了重要线索。斑马鱼免疫系统的遗传筛选已经成为可能。另外,细菌感染斑马鱼胚胎也可进行定量分析。本文讨论了斑马鱼作为感染模型的前景和优势。 Zebrafish,as a powerful model for the study of developmental biology,neurobiology,and human genetics,is rapidly becoming one of the favoritest animal models of developmental biologists.In recent years,the application of zebrafish system has extended to behavioristics,immunology and toxicology,and people think that it will serve as a model for human diseases.As one of the most thoroughly studied teleosts,zebrafish have much genetic and genomic information.Lots of laboratories have developed bacterial and viral disease models with zebrafish to study immune responses to infection.Many of zebrafish pathogen models were developed to address human infectious diseases,which should provide important clues for the development of effective vaccines and prophylactic measures against bacterial and viral pathogens in commercial fishes.With zebrafish,genetic screens in a vertebrate host with a fully developed immune system are possible.In addition,bacterial infections can be analyzed real-time in zebrafish embryos.Here,we discuss the application of zebrafish as an infectious model,and its challenges,benefits and hurdles.
