摘要
研究发现在硫酸介质中,痕量二安替比啉苯乙烯基甲烷能灵敏地阻抑溴化钾、溴酸钾与二甲基黄之间的褪色指示反应.研究了该阻抑反应的最佳实验条件及动力学参数,建立了一种测定痕量二安替比啉苯乙烯基甲烷的新方法.本方法的测定范围为0~4×10^(-5)mol/L二安替比啉苯乙烯基甲烷,检测限为5.1×10^(-6)mol/L,用于水样中二安替比啉苯乙烯基甲烷的测定,获得了满意结果.
A new inhibitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace diantipyrinyl vinyl phenyl methane was established based on its inhibitory effect on the discoloration reaction that dimethyl yellow was oxidated by potassium bromide or potassium bromate in the sulphuric acid medium. The perfect condidon and kinetic parameters of this reaction were sutdied in detail. The calibration curve was linear from 0. 0 to 4.0×10-5 mol/L and the limit of dectoction was 5.1 × 10-6 mol/L. It has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace diantipyrinyl vinyl phenyl methane in some waste water.
