股骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要 目的:总结股骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:对我院21例老年粗隆间骨折应用股骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经6个月~2年随访,全部病例骨性愈合,髋关节功能恢复满意。结论:股骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有固定牢固,便于早期功能练习,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的一种效果良好的内固定方法。 Objective:To analyse the effect of internal fixation with locking compression plate at the proximal femoral to treat senile interotrochanteric fractures.Methods:To summarize and analyse 21elderly patients with interotrochanteric fracture cases treated with internal fixation with locking compression plate at proximal femur.Results:after 6-24 months follow up,all the cases were cured with bone joint and satisfied function of hip joint.Conclusion:Internal fixation with locking compression plate at proximate femur to treat senile interotrochanteric fractures is fixed firmly and is easy to functional exercise.It is an internal fixation with good effect to cure senile interotrochanteric fractures.
