摘要
目的:描述并总结脱髓鞘性假瘤的增强MRI表现,进一步探讨磁共振成像对该病的诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析22例经病理及临床证实的脱髓鞘性假瘤患者的增强MRI表现特点,并复习相关临床及文献资料。结果:所有22例脱髓鞘性假瘤的病灶均明显强化。其中8例脱髓鞘性假瘤患者增强MRI显示病变呈开环状强化,4例呈闭环状强化,7例病灶呈结节或斑片样强化,3例呈垂直于侧脑室分布的火焰样强化。结论:脱髓鞘性假瘤的增强MRI表现是正确诊断该病的重要依据,全面了解并掌握其表现特点对脱髓鞘性假瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Purpose To identify the characteristic features of demyelinating pseudotumor on contrast-enhanced MR imaging and to discuss MR diagnostic value In demyelinating pseudotumor further. Materials and Methods Twenty-two patients with demyelinating pseudotumor were histopathologically confirmed. And their contrast-enhanced MR imaging were reviewed he enhancement patterns were analyzed. Results Marked enhancement was seen in all 22 cases. Open-ring enhancement was observed in 8 cases; closed-ring enhancement in 4 cases; nodular or patchy enhancement in 7 cases; flaming enhancement of vertical distribution to the lateral ventricle in 3 cases. Conclusion The contrast-enhanced MR imaging finding is very important in diagnosis of demyelinating pseudotumor, and the comprehensive understanding of the characteristic features of demyelinating pseudotumor on contrast-enhanced MR imaging is of great value in differential diagnosis.
