摘要
近年来,学校规模日益成为各国政策文本中广受关注的一个名词。20世纪80年代后,西方更多学者开始转向学校规模的实证研究。他们的研究主要围绕学校规模如何影响学生、教师和学校组织等问题展开。从现有的文献资料看,目前关于学校规模的实证研究主要有三种研究方法,即费用相关的方法、社会生态学的方法、学校聚焦的方法。经过梳理分析发现,他们的研究结果更倾向于支持发展较小规模的学校。因为从现有的研究成果来看,西方小规模学校更利于完善学生学习行为、教师行为以及学校组织结构。
In recent years,the research on school size is increasingly pervasive in western countries.They focus on how school size affects students,teachers,and school organization,etc.In the 1980s,western scholars moved towards an empirical study of school size.From the existing documents about school size,empirical studies of school size have used cost-related approach,the ecology approach and school focus approach.After analyzing the research results,we found that their findings tend to support the development of smaller schools,because they found the small size schools are more conducive to improve students' learning behavior,teachers' behavior and school organization.
