Determination of Packing Percentage on Treatment of Refinery Wastewater with Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor

摘要 考察了移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理石化废水时在相同水力停留时间下,不同填充率对污染物去除率和氧传递速率的影响。结果表明,填料填充率为30%时,污染物COD和氨氮去除率达最大值,其中COD去除率达90.98%;氧总传递系数12.66,是无填料时的1.48倍;温度20℃时氧传递系数达10.98,是无填料时的1.44倍。因而在MBBR处理石化废水时,适宜的填料填充率为30%。 The influences of different packing percentages on removal of pollutants and rate were investigated in the same hydraulic retention time (HRT) when treating refinery the oxygen - transfer wastewater with moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR). The results indicated when the packing percentage was 30%, the removal rate of COD,and ammonia - nitrogen was the best with the former up to 90.98%, and the total transfer coefficient for oxygen was 12.66 which was 1.48 times of that with empty bed, and the total transfer coefficient was 10.98 at 20 ℃ which was 1.44 times of that with empty bed. So the suitable packing percentage on treatment of refinery wastewater with MBBR was 30%.
